These are male to male jumper wires used in connecting the male header pin of any development board to other development boards having a male connector.
They are simple wires that have connector pins at each end allowing them to be used to connect two points to each other. Jumper wires are typically used with breadboards and other prototyping tools in order to make it easy to change a circuit as needed.

"FF" jumper wires, also known as female-to-female jumper wires, are commonly used in electronics for connecting female connectors to other female connectors, often used in breadboards and prototyping. 

"MF" jumper wires, also known as male-to-female jumper wires, are electrical wires with male connector pins on one end and female connector pins on the other, used for making temporary connections in circuits, particularly with breadboards and prototyping boards.
