The flame sensor module is designed to detect fire or flame sources using an infrared receiver (IR sensor). It senses IR light emitted within the range of 760 nm – 1100 nm, which is typically produced by flames. The onboard comparator chip (LM393) allows both analog and digital output, making it easy to integrate with microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, etc.

It is widely used in fire alarm systems, flame-activated projects, and safety devices.

The BH1750 is a digital ambient light sensor module, commonly used to measure the intensity of light in an environment. It's particularly useful for applications like adjusting screen brightness in devices like mobile phones and LCD displays. The sensor communicates via the I2C protocol and outputs a digital value representing the light intensity in lux.

The QTR-8RC Line Following Reflectance IR Sensor Array is a powerful and efficient tool designed for line following applications in robotics. This sensor array consists of 8 infrared (IR) emitter-detector pairs arranged in a row, which can detect the reflectance of surfaces. It is primarily used in robotics for line following, maze solving, and edge detection tasks. The QTR-8RC is capable of providing a digital signal output for each of the 8 sensors, making it ideal for use with microcontrollers.

The MQ-135 Gas sensor can detect gases like Ammonia (NH3), sulfur (S), Benzene (C6H6), CO2, and other harmful gases and smoke. Similar to other MQ series gas sensor, this sensor also has a digital and analog output pin. When the level of these gases go beyond a threshold limit in the air the digital pin goes high. This threshold value can be set by using the on-board potentiometer. The analog output pin, outputs an analog voltage which can be used to approximate the level of these gases in the atmosphere.

The MQ135 air quality sensor module operates at 5V and consumes around 150mA. It requires some pre-heating before it could actually give accurate results.
